Employee was asked to remove their gloves, and wash hands.

Reviewed thawing best practices with employee, once the frozen fish is completely thawed immediately remove from package OR remove from package while still frozen and place in a container to thaw under refrigeration.

Reviewed date marking best practices for items that are prepped, frozen and then removed from freezer and adding a second date mark sticker to visibly note that. Report emailed.
