This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 7 business days or on or before June 15, 2022. During this site inspection it was observed that the wall has been removed between suites and dining room has been expanded into next door suite, A guest bathroom and new service counter had also been added. Deli sandwich making area has been moved into the new area, but no new equipment has been purchased a new hand sink has been added for deli sandwich making area. Two hand sinks are available for the entire service counter. County legal action may result from this inspection.
