Advisory. Operator is cooking eggs, in a skillet, bell pepper/ veggies and brats. Brats are cooked in the oven and re-heated in the skillet. This is a single pan, single hot point setup with a small hood. Operator checked with Surprise Fire Department and has been approved for the process. Operator will be allowed to continue the practice under the following conditions: 1). Cooking will be limited to one hot point and one pan. 2). Menu will need to be limited like it is now to veggies, eggs and pre-cooked animal protein. 3). Process is approved as long as no violations are noted for moisture, grease or soil buildup. 4). At time of ownership change this agreement will ne null and void. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
