Person in charge stated she will work on having the hole fixed with a easily cleanable surface before next routine inspection. PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair.

Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager - No Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) available at time of inspection. This is the second consecutive violation and person in charge stated they will work on having a certified food manager on site during all kitchen hours. Please obtain additional CFPMs to provide coverage when the kitchen is in operation prior to next routine inspection. Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
