Arrived at Don Jose's Mexican Food to conduct a routine inspection. Upon arrival blinds are closed, lights off, and closed sign is in the window. Per google operating hours are from 8am to 7pm for Tuesdays. This was an ineffective visit and inspector will try again at later date for a routine inspection.
