This establishment is on the Cutting Edge of food safety and was awarded an “A” grade. Next is a verification visit. Discussed testing device for high temperature dish washer with manager. Discussed disconnecting chemical dispenser hose from the mop sink faucet when not in use. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Reviewed inspection rights log verbally to the manager/Michelle W. Emailed report to the operator.
