Shellstock tags for these items were disorganized in the binder. Some tags were missing the written dates of when the products were received and sold. Reviewed proper tag maintenance and organization with the person in charge. Shellstock tags shall be kept in chronological order and bear the date the product was received and the date the last items from the box was sold. Tags must be kept on site for 90 days. After 90 days, the tags can be discarded.
