No County legal action will result from this inspection. Re-inspection required within ten days. Verbally reviewed with Micaela M. Inspection rights available upon request. Provided 72 hour hold guidance document. Discussed cooling time/temperature parameters and methods, ware washing, hand washing, glove use, etc. Operator is in the process of obtaining new food manager certificate but has had some scheduling challenges. Printed inspection report.
