Inspection Comments

Stopped near the store and observed baker bringing in bakery products in plastic containers. Asked baker were the product was produces and baker stated in his house in Tonopah. Informed baker about cottage law and informed him that the bakery products in this form were considered not from an approved source. All bakery products were removed. Called owner and explained the situation. U]If the baker packages the breads individually and labels them following State cottage law guidelines the food would be approved but not at this point. Owner stated she will look for a new bread source. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site.
