PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals Quaternary ammonium (quat) sanitizer solution in sanitizing basin of 3-compartment sink measured with a concentration of >500ppm. Please ensure quat sanitizing solutions are maintained at 150-400ppm. Per employees, basin was set up recently and dishes/utensils in washing basin were going to be sanitized with the quat solution. Employee diluted solution during the inspection to proper concentration to correct.
