PIC stated they were recently cooked and reheated them to 165*F and placed them back in hot holding. Rolls with tomato and topping on them in hot holding unit found with internal temperatures of 70*F. The hot holding unit was not on. PIC discarded the rolls. Please ensure hot held TCS food items are maintained at 135*F or above.

PIC stated the milks and creamer were open this past Monday and date marked them accordingly. Please ensure opened/prepared TCS food items are date marked if kept longer than 24 hours.
