Establishment is being remodeled. Walk through conducted with the superintendent of the facility which revealed a temporary kitchen, set up in a side room. In this room pizza is being made and cooked off in a electric oven. As of the moment you are in violation of the Maricopa County Health Code and Food Service will need to cease immediately. Staff on site agreed to stop operation. Open food service will need to stop until the remodel is complete. For future projects it is strongly advised to disclose these types of initiatives and including this in the submittal so we can find solutions together.
