Stopped by the location to see what changes were made to the food service operation. Pizza's are being obtained form an outside source and are ready to eat and pre-cut. Pizza is moved into a different box and served out. This will be the complete scope of work for the next three weeks. The only other open food served is pop-corn. Pop-corn machine will be positioned in the bar area where there is a hand wash sink. Cookies should not be baked on site and can only be brought in from other locations already wrapped. Bowlero is okay to proceed in this manner during the remodel of the kitchen. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Printed on site.
