Near empty 5 gallon bucket of cooked chili has made date of 11/27. Large ziplock back of cooked chicken has a made date of 11/27 and is spoiled. Both product discarded. Numerous 1 gallon containers of beef stock, gravy, tomato soup and green chili all have dates 11/20 - 12-2, some were partially frozen. As per cook and observation these were all pulled out of freezer prior day and not dated so as to show accurate time to use. As per cook all product will be used by tomorrow. All products were dated. Reviewed proper date marking with person in charge and that freezing stops progress of use by dates but must account for day product was made and used within a total of 7 days.
