This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Dish machine is providing over 100 PPM concentration of Chlorine based sanitizer. The dish machine will not be used until it is adjusted repaired to provide between 50-100 PPM of Chlorine sanitizer solution. Discussed food safety storage hierarchy, cooling time frames and monitoring of cold holding, and date marking. The Inspection Report was emailed and confirmed to have been received at time of inspection No County legal action will result from this inspection.
