Person in charge stated he will have both air gaskets fixed prier to next routine inspection. Ensure all PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be maintained in good repair. Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions--- Observed organic build up behind fryers and dust build on all vents in restaurant. Person in charge stated he will have all areas cleaned before next routine inspection. PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
