This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection. Discussed monitoring of cold holding (fill-line, ice bath construction, cold brew concentrate storage). Also discussed cooling methods, sani-bucket storage, 3 compartment sanitizer basin set up and air gap requirements. Dish machine is not currently operating and will need repair prior to operation (sanitizer is only present in the reservoir and not spraying onto equipment (empty dish rack)).
