This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Verbally discussed Notice of Inspection Rights with Izabela K. Emailed copy of inspection report to facility. Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection. Discussed proper cooling practices for items such as beef roasts and baked potatoes. Encouraged operators to not tightly cover items when cooling. All foods in walk in cooler were between 38-40*F. Business owner also explained that they received permission from landlord to fix wall around mop sink and floor tiles in kitchen. Operator explained that they hope to have both issues resolved this summer.
