Tuna ROP packages state to remove fish from ROP prior to thawing. Per Person in Charge, tuna ROP packages are removed from freezer to thaw overnight. ROP fish must be removed from ROP prior to thawing or immediately upon completion of thawing. Tuna packages were opened at time of inspection.
