This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection rights reviewed with Narcisa A. Inspection report emailed. Inspection conducted with supervisor RS 1238. Walk-in cooler was freezing up and not holding temperature. PIC notified inspector of the walk-in cooler being down prior to inspection and that they called a repair technician. Reviewed corrective action steps (using time as a control and ice baths) with the PIC. Technician onsite by the end of inspection to repair the walk-in cooler. Per technician, the walk-in would be defrosted.
