Upon re-inspection, the priority foundation violation has been corrected. Upon returning to site an infrared thermometer was used to check the cooling of deli case cooler. Infrared thermometer showed air blowing into case to be at 36*F. Maximum/Minimum registering thermometer was used to verify internal ambient temperatures of unit and observed to be 38*F at bottom shelf and 39*F at top shelf of case. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Verbally discussed Notice of Inspection Rights with Ferdi A. Emailed copy of inspection report to facility. Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
