Establishment was closed at time of inspection. Spoke to operator who stated they are closed due to a small fire and they plan to re-open later this week (Thursday). Per Operator, a small reach-in refrigerator caught on fire and an employee put the fire out with a fire extinguisher. Establishment is closed in order to clean and sanitize, replace the plug-in refrigerator and have the gas turned back on. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
