Observed large bag of cooked chicken date marked 1/5, employee said that it had been frozen and was only thawed out yesterday. Had employee correct date to reflect time frozen. Additionally, multiple large pans of cooked chicken wings had no date marks. Employee said that some of them had been cooked on Thursday and the rest on Saturday, had employee date mark appropriately. Please ensure TCS food items are date marked to be discarded 6 days after the day they have been prepared or removed from packaging, excluding the days they have been frozen (frozen time counts as one day).
