Chlorine sanitizer used in main and bar glass washers, and establishment had chlorine test strips in bar. However, iodine strips found at main dishwasher, and employee instructed to remove them from the dish pit area. Discussion included: Proper handwashing procedures; when, how Provision of paper towels and soap at all handwashing sinks Maintaining restrooms stocked with paper towels, soap and toilet paper Approved sanitizers and proper use Cleaning supplies maintained Review of employee illness symptoms No County legal action will result from this inspection.
