Priority Foundation-6-301.11, Pf: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Observed no hand soap at the handwash sink next to the hot-holding case. Discussed with manager the importance of using soap when handwashing. Manager provided a pump bottle of soap at time of inspection. Each HANDWASHING SINK or group of 2 adjacent HANDWASHING SINKS shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
