(A) At least 1 service sink or 1 curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain shall be provided and conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. (B) Toilets and urinals may not be used as a service sink for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. Mop water and similar liquid wastes are contaminated with microorganisms and other filth. Waste water must be disposed of in a sanitary manner that will not contaminate food or food equipment. A service sink or curbed cleaning facility with a drain allows for such disposal.

Discussed with employees: cooling methods, ice baths on cook line, disposing of wastewater in parking lot. Establishment has added a bar warewashing machine, and removed the bar 3-compartment sink. Provided weblink on submitting minor remodel application for the addition of a warewashing machine. Also discussed potential food truck opportunity at another location. Person in charge consented to inspection and reviewed inspections rights with person in charge: Mike P. Routine inspection report was emailed to and Inspection Review Notice was handed to person in charge at establishment. Inspection report confirmed received. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
