Inspection Comments

This visit was conducted as a result of a communicable disease report and inspection request from the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. Holding temperatures of PHF/TCS food items were found to be in compliance. Establishment uses chlorine sanitizer. Discussed proper concentration of chlorine sanitizer in 3-compartment sink and in spray bottles used to clean food contact surfaces. Establishment had proper test strips at time. Instructed PIC to conduct a training with staff focused on hand washing, diaper changing and illness logs.. Advised staff to contact Maricopa County Department of Public Health with any new cases. Inspection conducted with RS #1225 No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
