Discussed having all chemicals that are not in original containers labeled with name to prevent misuse. Asked PIC to label bottle. PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-201.11, P: Separation-Storage Observed can of WD-40 stored next to beef base and above dry ingredient bins. Discussed proper storage of chemicals and had PIC move WD-40 away from food.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
