Core-3-305.11, C: Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises --Observed multiple boxes of bakery items being stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer. Person in charge will make sure these items are moved up onto the shelves of the unit. Food items must be stored in a clean and dry area at least 6 inches off of the ground to prevent possible contamination.
