PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.14, P: Cooling. ======Observed inside main walk in unit shelf by the freezer door, 5 medium size tubs filled with cooked burritos prepared at 7:21am and 7:41am. Time of inspection is at 12:50pm. Internal temperature of the two middle containers of cooked burritos was 44*F-54*F. Notified Person In Charge (PIC); PIC confirmed and verified temperatures. PIC discarded improperly cooled cooked breakfast burritos. ==========TCS food prepared from ingredients at ambient temperature shall be cooled within 4 hours to 41°F or less.
