Core-4-602.11 (E), C: Equipment Food-Contact Surfaces and Utensils-Frequency; Non-TCS. ===> Observed debris and soil accumulation on some of the nozzles at the fountain machine in lobby. According to person in charge, the nozzles are cleaned every evening. Employee began to remove the nozzles to wash/rinse/sanitize. This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core violations on this inspection. Discussed glove usage. Discussed ensuring that equipment drain lines are rigid (PVC, PEX) and have an air gap of at least 1" above the floor sink. According to PIC, a repair technician is scheduled to repair the automatic lobby door shortly after the inspection. The door stopped automatically opening/closing the morning of the inspection. Calibrated thermometer. No County legal action will result from this inspection. The inspection report was emailed and confirmed during the inspection.
