Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained......Observed floor sink with a couple inches of standing water. No equipment drains to the sink and the sink did not back up when other sinks and toilet were activated in the facility. The manager indicated that he believes mop water was poured in the floor sink the previous night, and a plumber has already been scheduled to service the drain today. Ensure the drain is in good working order.
