Priority Foundation-3-501.17, Pf: Ready-To-Eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food - Date Marking. Observed in the walk-in cooler pans of cooked beans and beef with a date of 5/12/20. Date of inspection is 6/15/20. Per manager the beans and beef had been cooked on Sunday 6/14/20. Manager corrected these date marks at time of inspection. Refrigerated ready-to-eat Time/Temperature control for safety food prepared and held in a establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked if the food is held more than 24 hours, to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold or discarded.
