Employee drinks should be in a cup with lid and straw to prevent cross contamination form employee to food. Drinks should be stored in assigned "Break Area". Drink was removed from food prep area and thrown away.

Verbally discussed Notice of Inspection Rights with Corey G. Emailed copy of inspection report to facility. Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection. Discussed correct date marking of items that are temperature control for safety foods, and stored for more than 24 hours, must be marked with "made on" or "discard on" date. As of February 2022, all establishments must have a Certified Food Protection Manager on site during normal hours of operation. Enforcement of this code (2-102.12 (A), started on July 1, 2022.
