Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Repair or replace equipment or parts of equipment to maintain in good repair. Discussed with Person in Charge repairing freezer lid.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 2 Core Violations on this inspection. No Certified Food Protection Manager at establishment during time of inspection. Per paragraphs 2-102.12(A) and 2-102.20(B) the Person in Charge shall be the Certified Food Protection Manager and per paragraph 2-101.11, a Person in Charge must be present during all hours of operation. Person in Charge stated they and additional managers will sign up for the CFM class/exam. Please correct prior to next Routine Inspection. Discussed storage of in-use utensils with Person in Charge. Per Person in Charge, establishment may be expanding into vacant building next door and will be installing new, larger walk-in refrigerator and freezer.
