Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods --Wall tiles next to the women's restroom are in disrepair. Person in charge will place a work order to have it repaired to ensure it is smooth and easily cleanable. Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions --Observed an accumulation of soda syrup under the soda machines in the back room. There was also trash throughout the large walk-in refrigerator. Discussed increasing the cleaning frequency to prevent future accumulation.
