This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 4 Priority Foundation and 2 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Person In Charge (PIC) verbally acknowledged Inspection Rights. Richard W. Print out copy of inspection report was provided and reviewed. Recommend: deep cleaning tasks for entire kitchen. A Certified Food Protection Manager and Certificate need to be present during open hours of operation. Re-inspection to be conducted on Monday May 16th. Inspection conducted with Badge #89
