Discussed replacing the coved base to create a smooth and easily cleanable surface. 2ND CONSECUTIVE Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions >>> Observed an accumulation of soil on the floors and walls inside of the walk-in cooler and the floors throughout the establishment. PIC will continue to work on the deep cleaning schedule to remove the soil.
