At cookline sauté station, water from underside of burners was observed with a continuous drip and pooling over the top of the cold holding drawers and dripping into the food below it. The drawers had cooked pasta, raw chicken, and raw shrimp stored. Food items were voluntarily discarded by by the manager. See embargo. Food items were moved to other locations of the cookline and drawers were emptied to prevent additional contamination. Service person has been contacted to stop the water leak above the cold storage drawers. Additionally, the person in charge turned off the water valve for the sauté 2 hot well faucet fill to try to stop the water from leaking.

No County legal action will result from this inspection. Person In Charge verbally acknowledged Inspection Rights. Sean S. Print out copy of Inspection Report was provided to the establishment. Also, inspection was emailed. HACCP logs for the following dates were reviewed: 10/17, 10/3, 11/1, and 11/4. Re-inspection scheduled for November 9, 2021.
