Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability - Both hand wash stations and 3 compartment sink have caulking that has become eroded and/or separated from the wall. Cover for the cleanout below hand wash station nearest 3 compartment sink is missing and needs replacement. Hole in the ceiling tile in the back of the store needs repair/replacement and have the areas around the pipes foamed in. Corner cove base tile between the rear hand wash station and 3 compartment sink is separating from the wall and needs to be reattached. Please have these areas replaced/repaired prior to next routine inspection.

Discussed time control policy, proper chemical storage, monitoring of pests, monitoring of sanitizer (see manufacturer's recommendations for Quat Ammonia sanitizer), and cleaning frequencies for food contact equipment (4 hour rule) The inspection Report was printed and given to PIC at the establishment at time of inspection. Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
