PIC stated that the items had been in the unit for an extended amount of time and discarded-see embargo form. Keep PHF/TCS food items in cold holding at 41F or below. *Ambient air temperature of the unit was 41-47F depending on where the temperature was taken. PIC stated that unit would be scheduled for maintenance/repair. Establishment has sufficient refrigeration.
