Observed two knives stored as clean on magnet on line with visible food debris. Equipment food contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Removed knives from magnet and placed at dish sink for cleaning.

Priority Foundation-7-102.11, Pf: Common Name-Working Containers Observed bottle of what looked like glass cleaner without a label. Discussed labeling all chemicals that are not in original bottles to prevent misuse. Had PIC label bottle.
