Refrigerated glass door cooler ambient temperature 47*F holding turkey and tuna sandwiches with internal temperature measured to be 48*F. Per person in charge items have been in unit overnight (more than four hours) and temperature of unit was not checked this morning. Person in charge voluntarily removed items to discard, see embargo. Establishment has adequate alternate cooler space to use for upcoming deliveries. Do not use this unit to hold time/temperature control for safety foods until it can hold 41*F or below.
