Refrigerated glass door cooler ambient temperature 46*F holding Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods (sandwiches including burgers, tuna, ham, turkey, chicken) with internal temperatures measured to be 46-48*F. Per person in charge items have been in unit overnight (more than nine hours). Person in charge removed items to voluntarily discard. See embargo. Do not use this cooler to hold TCS foods until it can hold 41*F or below. Establishment has adequate alternate coolers to use until this unit has been repaired.

Emailed inspection report. A pattern of non-compliance is developing for Priority violation# 20, 3-501.16, which has been noted during this inspection. An ActiveManagerial Control intervention plan visit was offered to the person in charge. Failure to correct repeat violations may result in legal action. Person in charge will arrange time with district inspector for AMC Intervention Plan visit.
