Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through for the concessions stand with the superintendent. The following items were discussed for follow up before final inspection: 1). Please adjust the side door self-closer and makes sure the door self closes. 2). Please install micro switches for the fly fans. Both doors. 3). Please finish up installing the base under the front and back counter in the service area. 4). Please install a faucet on the line with the spray arm assembly so all three sink compartments can be easily filled. 5). Please finish up the hub drain on the backflow valve behind the ice machine. Lead drain to the trench drain in line with the other drains so we do not have multiple lines running everywhere blocking the area under the ice machine from cleaning. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed to superintendent.
