Inspection Comments

New permit inspection for the water bottler with the new owners. Location is not in operation. The following items were identified for correction: 1). There is crown molding along the ceiling that is deteriorating. Please replace and provide a smooth easily cleanable surface. 2). All wall penetrations need to to be filled. Any holes and or penetrations around the plumbing lines. 3). Please finish out the wall opening around the 5 gallon bottle wall opening. 4). Install coved base where missing in the water room. 5). Faucet at the three compartment sink is rusted and leaking, please repair. 6). Provide all three sink stoppers. 7). Provide sanitizer like bleach, dish wash soap and test strips. 8). Doors to the water room will need to be self closing. 9). The dish washer drain line will need to be run off the floor, following gravity flow to a floor sink. 10). Replace light shields or replace fixtures. Make sure that the new lights are shielded. 11). Three compartment sink will need to be mounted to the wall and then caulked at the top wall juncture. 12). Please remove all items no longer used in the RO Room. 13). Please clean out the RO room, and re-mount wall finishes where damaged. 14). Please label all the water lines with functions, see if you can start a filter replacement log sheet. 15). Please continue to clean up exterior of the property. Being that is room is not used right now, please make corrections and permit will be issued once the corrections are made. Follow up inspection will be conducted May 22nd at 9 AM. Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
