Equipment inspection conducted with Site Superintendent, Reggie. At the time of this inspection, this project was about 70% complete. Inspection rights and inspection report was emailed to Reggie Address the following items: 1. No copper or brass downstream of the reduced pressure zone backflow preventer of the reverse osmosis system and the carbonator 2. Provide test certifications of the reduced pressure zone backflow preventer at final inspection. ASSE 1013 reduced pressure zone backflow preventer for the soda system and the reverse osmosis system, combi ovens, frozen beverage machine, steamer, Blended ice beverage system that has a blender rinser, BIC machine 3. Provide ASSE 1022 dual check valves for the coffee brewer, tea brewer, orange juice dispenser, espresso brewer, infusion tea brewer, Foam master 4. Ensure the flooring is flush 5. Seal all pentrations 6. All equipment to hold 41^F or below to be approved for stock and train on Dec 15 7. Ensure 20 foot candles in walk in cooler and freezer 8. Air curtains to have no shut off switches Please continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Please call (602) 402-3147 for a final inspection at 100% completion of project or if an additional onsite walk-through is needed. Please also ensure you have read your Responsibilities to Qualify for a Permit document and are in compliance with all requirements before final inspection. A certified food manager is required at time of approval. If not already obtained, please obtain your certified food manager certificate from an ANSI approved testing company. All other food handlers must obtain ANSI approved food handler certificates. No county legal action will result from the inspection.
