RP must be installed upstream of carbonators located under the soda island. All piping downstream of RP must be pex or plastic. RP must have drain cup that has a rigid drain to floor sink with 1 inch air gap above floor. -RO system on ElectroLux Combi. RP must be installed upstream of the RO system. All piping downstream of RP must be pex or plastic. RP must have drain cup that has a rigid drain to floor sink with 1 inch air gap above floor. -Non filtered water line for ElectroLux Combi. Since Combi oven is self cleaning, the water line needs an RP backflow installed on water line into combi. All piping downstream of RP must be pex or plastic. RP must have drain cup that has a rigid drain to floor sink with 1 inch air gap above floor. -Provide an ASSE 1022 dual check valve on all water fed drink machines. e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
