Discussed the consumer advisory and ensuring all raw animal proteins that may be undercooked are asterisked. Discussed the proper wash, rinse and sanitizing for the slicer, employee illness, storage of employee personal items, and clean up procedures for any vomit or fecal accidents. Pest control may only be done by a licensed operator. No insecticides were found on site, but it was mentioned by the manager that they are doing their own treatments. Manager stated that they will no longer do this. Emailed the new owner packet with this report. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
