Permit is not approved, class 4, eating and drinking permit Inspection conducted with Jacklin Inspection report emailed to Jacklin Address the following items prior to permit approval: 1. Provide an additional tankless hot water heater (6.5 GPM @60^F temperature rise) OR additional minimum 50 gallon hot water heater connected to the existing hot water heater OR stand alone minimum 75 gallon hot water heater 2. Provide handwash station in the food prep area. All handwash stations must be within 25 ft, clearly visible with no physical barriers 3. Provide backflow test report for the soda system ASSE 1013 reduced pressure zone backflow preventer 4. Provide ASSE 1022 dual check valve backflow for the tea machine 5. Provide 1 inch air gap from the bottom of all drainage lines to the top of the floor sink flood lip , including keg cooler that will be installed at next inspection. Provide 1 inch air gap for the food prep sprayer hose or remove 6. Support all drainage lines for air gap and proper sloping of the plumbing 7. No shut off valves downstream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker, ie at the mopsink faucet 8. Repair all leaks 9. Remove excess drainage pipe from the sink that was removed 10. Provide splash guards on the warewashing area handwash station 11. Separate warewashing sink drainage line from the three compartment drainage line 12. Provide missing grease bins 13. Repair floor in the walk in cooler 14. Seal all equipment to the wall OR provide means to move equipment to clean underneath and behind the equipment 15. Relocate the pest control box and the first aid box that is over the food prep table or relocated the food prep table 16. Seal all cracks, crevices and penetrations throughout the facility, ie floors, walls, replace missing cleanout covers 17. Secure soda lines so bundled for easy cleanability and secured 18. Clean 19. Priority foundation violation is a minor violation that does not directly contribute to an increased risk of foodborne illness but failure to correct this violation may lead to the occurrence of a priority violation.
e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
